Joint H2020 OpenDR – FOCETA Summer School: Continuous Engineering and Deep Learning for Trustworthy Autonomous Systems.

The FOCETA consortium is happy to announce the organisation of the joint H2020 OpenDR – FOCETA Summer School which will take place at the Aristotle University Research Dissemination Center in Thessaloniki, GR, on October 3-7, 2022.

The aim of the Summer School will be to demonstrate the approaches and methodologies implemented in the H2020 OpenDR and FOCETA projects to cope with the complex issues related to Continuous Engineering and Deep Learning for Trustworthy Autonomous Systems.

The summer school will host invited talks by distinguished researchers and industrial experts, as well as talks by the project participants that will reflect the achievements in the two ongoing projects.

The event is specifically designed for graduate and doctoral students as well as young researchers.

The joint H2020 OpenDR – FOCETA Summer School will offer opportunities for discussions among participants and transfer knowledge between the two projects.

The Summer School program is currently being set up. Attendance of the summer school is in person and it is restricted to registered participants. There is no registration fee, but since there are only a limited number of spaces available, participation in the summer school is subject to approval by the organisers. Applicants have to submit their applications as soon as possible using the form available at https://depend.csd.auth.gr/thessaloniki2022/ tab “Registration”. The name(s) of the person(s) who can provide a reference (preferably advisors, professors, or senior colleagues) have to be included.
